This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded (except the item has expired, defective or damage)
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and bring your item to the store at Mile 17 Motor Park, Buea Cameroon.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards or Certificates.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund and send you an email/ SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment on the same day.
How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 7 days of delivery. The 7 window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location or when you collect the item from the store.
If you pass that date, we offer an exchange for a coupon to the value of the item valid for one month only.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 5 business days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.
You must provide a reason for the return; we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
Yes, you will have to cover the price of the return to the store if you cannot bring it in person. Please contact Swifts Delivery service Buea to help you get the items to us.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the return window mentioned above (7 days after you receive the item), we will refund your order using your original method of payment. If you return your order during the extended return period (between 7 and 14 days after delivery), we’ll gladly issue you a gift card or store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Typically, you can expect to receive your refund on the same day of when we receive your refund request and item. Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your cost of the product at the time of purchase. We will not refund the shipping cost.
